Flo

Flo is a spunky, sassy, no-nonsense small-town girl who packed up and moved to the big city to try and make her way in life. After an initial foray into the high flying business world, Flo rejected the boring, cubicle filled life before her and decided to make a sudden, spirited change! Taking matters into her own hands, Flo quit her job, rolled up her sleeves, donned an apron and opened up her very own greasy spoon restaurant. Strong-willed and practical, with an unflagging work ethic, Flo likes to bring order to chaos and see a job well done.

Always the bridesmaid and never the bride, she first stumbled into the wedding business when her friend Amy roped her into planning her nuptials at the last minute. Today, Quinn is confident and successful, and has celebrities calling her to plan their weddings!

Grandma

Grandma Florence and Flo share a special relationship. Grandma often babysat for little Flo and would take on a local adventure (zoo, ballpark, museum, etc) every week. Grandma Florence has always been full of energy and a little on the wild side. She drives a BIG pink car that Flo dubbed the “FloMobile”, and she drives it FAST! Before little Flo was born, Grandma ran a disco restaurant, but wasn’t able to keep it afloat, and the city turned it into a parking lot. She’s always been proud of Flo and her success running her restaurants.

Darla

Darla's cafe was nearly demolished by Mr. Big but fortunately, her good friend, Flo, came to her rescue! Together, they were able to save Darla's cafe. Flo and Darla later decide to treat themselves to a much needed vacation but end up waiting tables themselves after a chaotic string of events!

Cookie is a classically trained French chef whose cuisine of choice happens to be the Great American hamburger. Firmly believing that delicious doesn't have to mean fancy (or tidy), Cookie set out for America—home of the classic diner. It was there that he met Flo, and a great partnership was forged. He left Flo's Diner briefly to star on television, but has since returned. Together, Cookie and Flo consistently deliver the best burgers, meatloaf, and gravy DinerTown has to offer. While Cookie still sometimes misses France, his friendship with Flo and all the diner customers makes him feel very much at home in DinerTown.

Karma is a laid-back, big-picture thinker who knows how to hustle when it counts. She believes in getting things done, as long as she can do them her way. She loves music, good diner food, and finding unique ways to have fun. Getting caught up in the DIY spirit of DinerTown, Karma took on the project of easing the city’s ever-growing traffic problems with a fresh, funky perspective that fits right in! After a brief stint surfing on Flo and Quinn’s couch, Karma now has a charming DinerTown apartment of her own.

Mr. Big is the big-time corporate guy in DinerTown, always looking out for the bottom-line at the expense of others. He has tried and failed numerous times to evict Flo and her friends from their shops in DinerTown. Despite being powerful, ruthless, and all-about the money, Mr. Big does have a soft spot for his daughter, Vicky.

Tony makes the best pizza in town at Tony's Ristorante. He fell in love with Mr. Big's daughter, Vicky, and sometimes likes to surprise her with romantic gestures. Definitely a keeper.
